Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As each outfit is made-to-order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy ensures that every piece is carefully crafted to your specifications. - Custom and Standard Sizes: All orders, including custom sizing and standard size pieces, are made specifically upon order and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the size chart and measurements thoroughly before placing your order.
- Altered Outfits: Once an outfit has been altered, it cannot be exchanged. Alterations are a custom service, and any requests for changes after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you require alterations, we are happy to assist you, and please note that the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs associated with sending the outfit back to us for any necessary adjustments.
