Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment and then proceed with creatinng the product. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled.

We hold the right to cancel any order that can't be fulfilled for unforseen circumstances and will proceed with full refund of the order.
